Scope: Be responsible for assigned group as below areas
1. In production line:
* Daily trouble shooting and escalate to QA engineers when trouble is big with critical modes (impact on customers, big yield drop, line stop…)
* Run Quality Functional test with test plan agreed with QA in advance
* Approve new operators
* Support QA in investigation in case of customer compliant or P&R failure (QA is still the main responsible in overall compliant and communicate to CQS)
* Flexible to work in different production lines under assign by QA manager or responsible of Senior QA
* Others tasks required by Managers
2. In QA reliability lab
* Run SQC tests/P&R (in case of QA technical for SQC group), pre-make SQC report then get approve by QA SQC
* Understand testing equipment as well as test principle for reliability test R (in case of QA technical for SQC group)
* Others tasks required by Managers
3. In Calibration and measurement group
* Internal calibrate or contact external parties for measuring devices calibration according to procedure (applicable for QA technical for calibration group)
* Follow the status of measuring devices and have appropriate actions to guarantee “readiness” for operation (in case of QA technical for calibration group)
* Others tasks required by Managers
Employee is responsible in proactively receive, search, learn and comply with prevailing law and company regulation which are communicated via internal information channels including broadcasting, email, SBS (Sonion Business System), notice board and electronic notice in every areas. This content includes but not limited to: ISO on Quality Management, Environment, Occupation Health & Safety, Code of conduct and Corporate Social Responsibility, Labor safety and Fire Prevention and Fighting, Work Rule and Employee Handbook and other internal regulations. Attending concerned training courses of QMS–ISO 9001, EMS-ISO 14001, OH&SMS-ISO45001
Education: Highschool/College in electronics major (Preferable)
Professional knowledge of:
Knowledge of computer servicing: Microsoft Office
Knowledge of foreign languages: English (communicative: Basic level or equal)
Other (e.g. competences): Good at cooperation, Supportive attitude, Analytical skill, Problem Solving Skill, Good communication skill
