- Provide technical services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and training.
- Set up, install, and commission equipment/machines from start to completion.
- Diagnose causes of equipment/machine malfunctions and work closely with customers to identify effective solutions.
- Recommend upgrades, repairs, or maintenance and carry them out when required.
- Conduct customer training on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Perform regular inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Maintain good customer relationships through attentive service and reliable after-sales support.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and repair techniques.
- Summarize daily activities, report to superiors, and share technical experience with the team.
- Cooperate effectively with related departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and coordinate with direct-sales partners and distributors.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the company or department.
- From 23 to 28 years old.
- At least 6 months working in the same position.
- College or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Proficient in either English or Japanese (business level).
- Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional attitude, strong responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, adaptable, with good management, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel domestically and overseas, and work overtime when required.
- CV must be in English and include expected salary.
