JOB DETAILS

Job Title: Technical & Quality Officer

Job Level: Officer

Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Responsibilities: 

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

• Providing technical support of AC for Authorized Service Centers, dealers, Contractors
• Monitoring and reporting quality of Air-conditioner in market.
• Direct solving serious problems of Air-conditioner in market.
• Supporting customers in using, operating, installing, and repairing air-conditioners.
• Working with factory for quality improvement

Preferred language: English

• College graduation or above with a major in Electrical or cooling systems.
• Having experience in Air-conditioner repair and installation is a high priority.
• Strong technical, installation, and repair skills in the electrical, and cooling systems.
• Be able to make reports of issues and solve problems.
• Good computer skills, good attitude, and manner.
• Conversational level of English
