Determine parts supply, maintenance tasks, safety procedures, and service schedule required to maintain machines and equipment in their prescribed condition.

Provide technical knowledge for continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing productivity and yields.

Program milling of work piece.

Operate robot cell to mill parts as required.

Maintain robot and cell as required.

SolidWorks, Rhinoceros 3D, AutoCad, CAD packages.

3 axis CNC programming.

MRP/ERP type factory management software.

Able to understand and write CNC (G-code) programs.

Robotic mechanical and electrical trouble shooting skills.
