Job description:

- Directly supervise workers in a production site. 

- Implement, handle great important documents, tasks

- Ensure quality practices 

- Analyze and draws information for daily operational needs 

- Collaborate with other functional areas to resolve problems and develop improved manufacturing processes. Make efforts to reduce manufacturing scrap and process complexity.

- Organize and manage all the factory workers’ shifts and team members. Monitor labor safety, technical processes of workers and productivity of workers in shifts.

Requirements:

- Male, over 24 years old

- College Degree in Industrial or Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or similar fields.

- 1-2 years of experiences in the industrial and production factories. Experience in Team leader position is a plus.

- English both speaking and writing. 

- AutoCad using.
