1.    Execute functional related projects and programs.

2.    Maintaining functional systems and improve system flow.

3.    Establish and monitor SOP to ensure functional operation quality.

4.    Review plans and develop new projects/procedures with management and supporting personnel.

5.    Execute functional liability test for products/operation and determine key factors causing issues.

6.    Plan production/operation flow, SOP for work force and cost analysis system.

7.    Discuss with management team issues regarding cooperation functional specifications.

8.    Assist with projects execution and managements among BU, Departments and Plants, including problem tracing and solution.

9.    Draft project planning and provide related reports.

10. Plan and implement project management tools or SOP

1.      After 6 months by domestic and oversea on Job functional training, agreed with transferred to global locations in KMC Group ( Taiwan, China, India, Vietnam)

2.      By college graduated above and under 35 years old.

3.      Foreign Language at least required by English read/ write/ oral qualification, TOEIC 550 above.

4.    Good knowledge of MS office in Excel, Word and PPT by operation.
